Before it opens its doors to everyone, the dungeon needs its first explorers. Here is what is coming, and how to take part.
A HUGE thank you
To those of you stepping into the dungeon before anyone else: a HUGE thank you.
A beta is not a comfortable place. It means playing a game that isn't quite finished, hitting a bug at the worst possible moment, redoing a chore because the screen froze, and taking the time to tell us about it. Without the families willing to go through that, Donjons & Savons would stay a good idea on paper.
Every message you send will be read, and most of them will turn into fixes in the game the next players will discover. You are the first names in this dungeon's history. Thank you!
The next beta

The start
The first beta is an internal one: a small group, invited one by one, who receive the game through a private link.
What do we expect from a tester? Nothing more than playing normally, as a family. Create your clan, hand out the chores, open the chest. And whenever something breaks or annoys you, say so: that is exactly what we are looking for.

The invitation link arrives by email, at the Google account address you gave us: it only opens the game for that account. Here is the path, in four steps.
- Copy the link from the email.
- Open Chrome on your Android phone and paste the link into the address bar. This is where most people get stuck: opened from another app, the link sometimes gets lost on the way.
- Accept the invitation to join the testing programme.
- Install Donjons & Savons from the Play Store, then open it.
The app shows up as unreviewed: that is normal for a test build; it has not gone through Google's public review yet.
