The story behind the game
Donjons & Savons was born from a parent's observation: at home, there's no shortage of motivation, it's just entirely invested in video games. Rather than fight the dragon, why not enlist it: the game applies to chores the very recipes that make RPGs irresistible (progression, loot, team quests), while keeping parents in control and the rewards in real life. The project is developed solo, alongside a family life that serves as a permanent testing lab.
